HireNova is a pioneering job referral platform that connects job seekers with employees from over 1,000 companies worldwide.
THE CHALLENGE
The primary challenge was creating an intuitive interface that would streamline the hiring process while showcasing candidate qualifications more effectively. Our objective was to increase engagement metrics and improve conversion rates for both job seekers and employers.
THE APPROACH
To identify key pain points, we conducted interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers. The feedback highlighted challenges such as inefficient applicant screening, lack of personalized job recommendations, and complex hiring workflows. A competitive analysis of existing recruitment platforms revealed gaps in AI-driven matching, automation, and user experience. Addressing these gaps, Hirenova was designed to offer a more intelligent and engaging hiring experience. We also analyzed user behavior on hiring platforms to optimize navigation, improve search algorithms, and streamline job application processes.
