Ogle is a real estate platform designed to connect users with properties and agents through an intuitive mobile and web application.
THE CHALLENGE
The traditional real estate process is often fragmented, requiring multiple tools and manual interventions. Users struggle with inefficient property searches, and agents lack comprehensive tools to manage listings and client interactions.
THE APPROACH
To identify user pain points, we conducted interviews with home buyers, renters, agents, and property managers, revealing issues like poor search filters, outdated listings, and inefficient communication. A competitive analysis highlighted gaps in navigation, search functionality, and transaction transparency. Based on these insights, Ogle was designed with a seamless onboarding process, advanced search filters, a direct messaging hub, and an admin dashboard for real-time analytics and transaction management.
