WebPT: Where Innovation Meets Rehab Therapy Management

We approached this project with a user-centered mindset, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and ease of use throughout the design process. We began by developing wireframes and user flows that mapped the complete journey across key modules—patient documentation, appointment scheduling, and billing. Our goal was to reduce friction by simplifying complex workflows and minimizing unnecessary steps, ensuring intuitive navigation and a seamless user experience from start to finish. From there, we crafted a clean, professional visual design system that reflected the reliability and precision expected in a healthcare environment. Prototypes were built for core features and tested with real users, allowing us to iterate based on direct feedback. These insights led to meaningful improvements, such as simplifying the patient intake process, increasing visibility for compliance alerts, and refining the scheduling interface. The result was a refined digital product that balanced functionality with a user-friendly, modern interface.
